If you plan to visit a Seoul-operated kids cafe on September 27, 2026, the city's dated opening list and the current booking screen answer different questions. Seoul's September 23 notice describes 87 branches operating across September 26–27. That does not establish that every one opens on both days, or that a slot remains at the branch you want. We did not verify live availability.
Decision 1: Is this branch on the September 27 list?
The city presents separate rows for September 24–25, September 26 and September 27. The September 27 row includes, among many others, the municipal Gongye Maeul, Hyehwa-dong and Sungin 1-dong branches in Jongno; municipal Ttukseom Jabeolle, Palgakdang, Seoul Sangsang Nara (시립 서울상상나라점) and Arisu Nara in Gwangjin; and municipal Branch No. 1 and Boramae Park in Dongjak. These are examples from the city list, not a complete branch directory or a promise of admission. Check your district in the full city table rather than treating September 26's shorter selection as Sunday's list.
Nor does the 87-branch headline certify that a given branch has the same hours on both days. Identify the exact district and branch name before moving to the booking screen.

Decision 2: Does the booking page confirm your visit?
The city links to the Our Neighborhood Care Portal's kids-cafe booking list. Search the same branch name, then inspect its September 27 hours, age range, whether a reservation is required, session availability and completed booking. A listed venue is not the same as an available session. Check any change notice shortly before departure; the article does not guarantee on-site admission.
Who may use it? The city says non-Seoul residents can visit when accompanied by a family member who is a Seoul citizen. It also describes people whose workplace or business is in Seoul visiting with their children. These bounded cases should not be translated into unconditional entry for every visitor from another region. Ask the specific facility about documentation and age conditions.
The outdoor Chorok Chorok kids-cafe space in Seoul Forest is described separately as open year-round without booking or an admission charge. Do not extend that exception to all indoor branches; check the outdoor space's conditions on the day.

Decision 3: Is the discount voucher relevant at all?
The city's accompanying Seoul Kids Cafe Money announcement concerns a 20% discounted voucher for participating certified private kids cafes. Its announced September 18 sale opening does not tell us whether any vouchers remain on September 27. Check the Seoul Pay+ app's current sales and merchant list separately. Buying that voucher is not a public-cafe booking and does not establish a discount at every city-run site.
Before leaving, answer four questions
- Does the city's September 27 row actually name the branch you intend to visit?
- What hours and bookable sessions does that branch show in the portal now?
- Have you checked the child's age and any family/residency/workplace conditions?
- Is the booking confirmed, and has the branch posted a last-minute change?
