South Korea's Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC, 국민권익위원회) announced three October 2026 stops for its mobile public-complaint consultation service, known as 달리는 국민신문고: Boseong on October 14, Imsil on October 15, and Seosan on October 16. By the evening of October 14, the Boseong hours had already ended. At the time, each remaining stop listed a main venue from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and two satellite venues from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. All hours were local Korean time and were subject to change by the organizer.
Imsil — Thursday, October 15
| Venue | Exact location | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Main | Imsil County Office, 5th floor, Farmers' Education Room (임실군청 5층 농민교육장) | 10:00–16:00 |
| Satellite 1 | Osu-myeon Administrative Welfare Center, 3rd floor, multipurpose room (오수면 행정복지센터 3층 다목적실) | 13:30–15:30 |
| Satellite 2 | Imsil-eup Neighborhood Watch Unit, 1st floor (임실읍 방범대 1층) | 13:30–15:30 |
The announcement included residents of Imsil, Namwon and Sunchang. The room and floor mattered: the satellite desks had shorter hours and were not inside the main county office.

Seosan — Friday, October 16
| Venue | Exact location | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Main | Seosan City Hall, 3rd floor, large conference room (서산시청 3층 대회의실) | 10:00–16:00 |
| Satellite 1 | Seosan Employment-Welfare Plus, 4th floor, convention room (서산시 고용복지플러스 4층 컨벤션룸) | 13:30–15:30 |
| Satellite 2 | Seosan Agricultural Technology Center, 2nd floor, Lecture Room 1 (서산시 농업기술센터 2층 제1강의실) | 13:30–15:30 |
Residents of Seosan and Taean were included in the announced consultation area. These are the planned locations from the October 13 release, not available appointments now.
Scope and a sensible final check
ACRC investigators consult on grievances concerning central and local government or public institutions. Partner experts address issues such as everyday legal matters, personal finance, cadastral records and consumer harm. A consultation is not a guarantee of immediate resolution or compensation. The release does not establish mandatory reservations, a wait-time estimate or a definitive document checklist. Check ACRC's latest official guidance for future stops. Do not send personal documents to unverified contacts.
