First choose between a self-paced course and a scheduled live class. In a September 28, 2026 announcement, the Korea Employment Information Service (KEIS; 한국고용정보원) said that its Cyber Career Education Center (사이버진로교육센터) had added seven online courses for mid-career jobseekers. It also announced ten live video sessions from September 28 through October 19. These are separate application paths, not ten sessions of each online course.
Select the route that fits your task
| Route | Intended participants | Where to look after login | What can change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seven self-paced online courses | Mid-career reemployment jobseekers; each course has 2–3 lessons | 교육안내 → 온라인 교육 (Course guide → Online education) | Course availability and details |
| Ten scheduled video sessions | Five for students/youth, three for mid-career/experienced workers, two open to both groups | 교육안내 → 화상교육 (Course guide → Video classes) | Class date, eligibility, application status and seats |
KEIS says both forms of training are free of course fees. Its October 19 endpoint is for the scheduled video-class series; the announcement does not set the same end date for the seven self-paced courses. A press release cannot confirm that a seat is still available today.

Pick a self-paced course by the problem you face
The official appendix covers motivation and goals, the current job market, career exploration, research for a job-search plan, using prior experience in application documents, interview self-presentation, and adapting to change. If you are uncertain about your next role, begin with goals and exploration. If your work history is hard to describe, check the course on application documents. If interviews are the obstacle, inspect the ‘질문의 맥을 잡자!’ interview course on its current online course page. One subtitle in the official appendix resembles the preceding document-writing row, so rely on the current course page for its exact displayed name. Neither completing a module nor attending a class guarantees employment.
For video classes, match eligibility before reserving
The announcement divides the ten live classes into five youth/student sessions, three mid-career/experienced-worker sessions, and two shared sessions. The mid-career topics include portfolio-based job search, AI-assisted application writing and an interview class on translating experience into strengths. The two shared sessions discuss the changing hiring market and reading job advertisements. KEIS specifies up to 60 people per session, not a live count of available seats.

Write down the selected class, eligibility group, exact time, application status and video-joining instructions. Check the official course screen after signing in; if a video class is no longer open, explore the self-paced route and verify that course's current availability too.
