Checked October 8, 2026, Korea time. Korea's Ministry of Finance and Economy has announced the 18th International Financial Institutions (IFI) Career Fair for November 12–13 at Sungkyunkwan University. General attendance, a small-group session and an application for a specific recruitment interview are different routes. Registering for one does not automatically secure the others.
Choose the action you actually need
- Attend the general programme. The fair operator's registration page says general-attendee preregistration closes Tuesday, November 10, at 18:00 Korea time. This route covers the joint institutional presentation and Q&A with Korean staff, among other non-interview sessions. Walk-in registration is planned but may be impossible because of capacity.
- Ask representatives questions in a small group. The same page gives November 10 at 18:00 as the in-depth-session preregistration deadline. It expressly says an in-depth applicant must also register as a general attendee. The session form's public first page was accessible on our read-only check; we did not submit it or establish selection or remaining seats.
- Apply for an interview for a vacancy. Start with the institution-specific positions and terms of reference (TOR). The ministry release gives October 6–28 as the application period, while the operator specifies Wednesday, October 28, at 18:00 Korea time. An English CV and documents specified by the chosen TOR may be required. The operator allows applications to up to three institutions but not multiple roles within the same institution. Only applicants who pass document screening are scheduled for interviews on November 13. Submitting an application is not an interview or job offer.

The general-attendance form and the in-depth form opened to public first pages from the operator-owned registration page. Follow the official page's buttons before entering personal information rather than relying on a forwarded short link. We did not authenticate, consent, submit, or verify an allocation. Individual recruitment forms were access-limited on an anonymous check, so their present submit availability is unverified.
Keep the event dates and venue scopes separate
The government attachment announces the fair for November 12–13. The operator's programme page names the small theatre on basement level 3 of the School of Business building, Humanities and Social Sciences Campus, Sungkyunkwan University, for the November 12 event. Shortlisted interviews are planned for November 13. Do not assume every interview takes place in the first day's theatre; check the current programme and individual instructions before travelling. The planned participation of 13 institutions is not an assurance that every visitor qualifies for every vacancy.
We found no confirmed fair participation fee or general building-admission charge in the ministry release and operator registration description reviewed. This is not a claim that either is free; ask the operator if cost or entry conditions matter. A separately announced, year-round talent-information system does not replace this fair's attendance registration or a vacancy-specific application.

Record these checks before submitting
- General attendance: confirm the operator-linked form's title and November 10, 18:00 deadline.
- In-depth session: check both the session and general-attendee forms; seeing a form does not guarantee an allocated seat.
- Interview application: save the exact role's TOR, English CV and any additional document requirements, October 28, 18:00 deadline, and the institution-count rule.
- Live status: openings, seats and venue arrangements may change. Reopen the operator's pages just before applying and rely on the operator's actual submission and selection communications.
A shorter Korean Life Mokcha Naver guide also summarizes the three routes.
