A 24-hour listing is useful only after you have checked which terminal and whether the deck is actually accessible today. Haneda Airport's facility directory lists the Terminal 3 observation deck on 5F, with 24-hour posted opening hours. It separately warns that bad weather or security-related reasons may close a deck. Neither the schedule nor this article is a live open/closed feed.
Checked October 6, 2026 (KST). The cover is a conceptual generic outdoor airport terrace, not the real Haneda T3 deck or evidence of current access. The two inline images are original, code-drawn conceptual diagrams, not documentation of a T3 entrance, terminal map, or current weather.
Choose the right terminal before using the hours
- You are already at T3: Use the facility listing to identify 5F and the published schedule, then confirm the present opening with airport staff or posted notices before changing your plans.
- You are at T1 or T2: Do not transfer T3's 24-hour schedule to another deck. The same operator lists the outdoor T1 and T2 decks at 6:30–22:00. T2's indoor FLIGHT DECK TOKYO is a separate space, not an alternative set of T3 hours.
- You have a departing flight: Set aside time for your own check-in, security procedures and gate. The reviewed material does not establish your route from the gate or your personal access through any security boundary. Do not turn “5F” into a promise of a direct connection.

Decide whether to go today
If weather looks poor or you are close to boarding, the possibility of a temporary closure matters more than the 24-hour listing. The operator advises visitors to confirm the situation on the day and gives 03-5757-8111 as its airport-terminal information number. On-site notices and staff can also help. We have not verified whether that number will be answered at your exact time of visit.
The T3 floor-guide route is a starting point for wayfinding, but its embedded map was not independently extractable during this check. We therefore do not assert an elevator route, whether access is before or after screening, an admission price, or a current crowd level. Nor does an overnight schedule make the deck a sleeping facility.

A departure-day decision rule
Check your terminal and available time → same-day deck status → the time needed to get back to your gate. If the window is tight, prioritise your flight over a detour. The two official airport routes here belong to the same operator, so they are not independent third-party confirmation. No original recent traveller account was verified and none is treated as access policy.
