The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) release and the organizer's visitor page confirm the dates, venue and free admission. The organizer's schedule notice also specifies the earlier October 2 closing time. Its visitor page lists only the general 10:00–17:00 hours, so use the ministry's attached detailed timetable and the organizer's schedule notice for the final-day exception. The event website may only be accessible over HTTP owing to its current HTTPS configuration.

What is on display?

MOLIT expects approximately 320 exhibition and promotional booths covering urban-regeneration work, local projects and technology. Public-policy and regional-innovation areas present government and public-agency projects. The future-industry area features businesses in urban renewal and safety, construction, property services and IT. A local-community area is planned to feature regional products and hands-on activities such as upcycling discarded banners and making mugs or perfume. These are announced plans, not a check of same-day availability, individual activity fees or participation rules.

The ministry says the public programmes on the exhibition stage are open for anyone to observe. Watching a presentation is not the same as entering a competition or taking part in a hackathon. Free exhibition entry does not establish that every activity or seminar is free, walk-in or open to unrestricted participation. Check the organizer's site for each programme's conditions.

Choose the right day

  • September 29: Public presentations for the AI Urban and Regional Innovation Idea Competition are scheduled on the main stage, 10:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (ministry timetable). This is a day to watch the presentations, not a promise that new competition entries are accepted.
  • September 30: “Visible Radio: Why We Live Here,” a discussion about changes to local neighbourhoods, is scheduled 2:00–4:00 p.m. The opening ceremony is scheduled on the main stage 3:00–4:15 p.m. The timetable also lists an urban-finance seminar and a redesign-camp hackathon; their participant eligibility and remaining registration availability were not checked here.
  • October 1: Sessions include “DRT: Connecting Regions” (demand-responsive transport), 10:00 a.m.–noon, and “Urban Regeneration in the AI Era,” 2:00–4:30 p.m. Verify any registration requirement for individual sessions.
  • October 2: The exhibition closes at 3:00 p.m.; visitor entry closes at 2:30 p.m. Do not assume the talks scheduled on the previous three days repeat on Friday.

These times come from the detailed timetable (Appendix 2) in MOLIT's September 27 PDF release. Check the organizer's latest notices before departure because schedules can change.
